This is a proposal to hopefully be a good mediation between pro gun rights and anti gun right lobbies. The anti gun lobby will win by having every gun magazine in the US limited to 10 or less rounds lessening the likelyhood of mass killings, also for those with assault rifles requiring bullet buttons to be installed further adding time for switching magazines. For the pro gun lobby, the win is certain types of weapons will not be taken away by our government.
