Given the right tools we can eliminate homeless the right way, start a program that helps with housing that can give them the ability to shower and be clean to actually get a job.
This would work and has! There's a place hear that thanks to a former homeless man we have that helps the willing. There for they transition to a new life. This can do nothing but good, because where we stand sweeping it under the table is not the answer it only makes me wonder what else the government is sweeping.
