Israel's Supreme Court just issued a report, the Levy Report, stating the obvious, Judea and Samaria belong to the Jews and are NOT occupied territory.
The State dept. in its long history of not being a bunch of anti-Semites (see the dept. under the reign of FDR) criticized the report and called on a halt to settlements within Judea & Samaria.
This petition is meant to reaffirm God's mandate to the Obama admin. Israel, all of it, belongs to GOD, who has given it to the Jews. It does not matter who occupied what when, all that matters is the divine imperative for the land of Israel to be occupied and ran by the Jewish people.
Every person on some level recognizes the reality of the divine right of the Jews to the land. As such any claim against Israel is also a claim against the Jews.
