leave legislation of all "moral" issues to the states.

Created by A.R. on November 13, 2012

Prostitution and gambling are both legal in Nevada. These are considered "state" issues. Recreational and medical drug use, abortion, gay marriage, are all issues that could easily be decided on a state level, and different regions tend to have very strong local opinions which serve to divide the nation as a whole. Let's take these issues off the federal government menu and have the individual states decide what to do with them. Since our citizenship is a national issue, if you wish to be involved with these things, either change the laws in your state or move a few hundred miles. Simple.
