Senator Bernie Sanders reports that Social Security is solvent for the next 75 years. Moreover, it has nothing to do with the current fiscal difficulties. Americans have earned social security benefits through their life work and they are definitely entitled to the fruit of their labor. Cut the military budget by half because it is outrageously over financed and we will solve the current financial deficit without having to diminish the already low income of seniors. Some of us had to return to college to get trained for new jobs and now we are using social security to pay for school loans in our senior years!
Leave social security alone.
