Leave the statue at Glendale City for reminder who do not understand and/or recognize their transgression to Humanity

It is respectful that German government apologized to Israeli government to atone for their transgression. The famous phrase "Forgive but never forget" came from that atonement. However Japanese government still refuse to acknowledge their previous transgressions toward Humanity. It is fact that those of people who does not recognize their past tends to repeat themselves. It is time for Japanese government to publicly apologize to the humanity and promise to never repeat their previous transgression
