Foreign interpreters are important to our national security, and even more so to the combat groups they are assigned to. They are there with us, in multiple combat zones, getting exposed to the harshness that only few may understand. They are also weaponless while keeping their identity hidden against an enemy who threaten their lives, along with their families.
They all choose to risk their lives for the interests of America at the cost of losing everything most us Americans take for granted; such as family, their homes, and in most cases their community they were brought up in.
I am calling for protection for these brave foreign individuals , but more so a home that they can come to here, with us. We should accept them. Because right now, they are a little less than abandoned veterans.
