I am writing to you on behalf of hundreds maybe thousands of victims of this legal doctrine "absolute prosecutorial immunity"
If you go on line you can read about all of these case that are over turned because of prosecutorial misconduct. But no charges are brought against the Prosecutors for their criminal acts. They don't even get disbarred for their dishonest action.
Yes I understand that sometimes thing happen and it's not fault of the Prosecutors if they are doing there job and yes the honest one should be protected but the ones who break the law should be held accountable for their dishonest actions like you and I if we break the law.
This legal doctrine "absolute prosecutorial immunity" needs to be removed or up dated to protect the people.
