I would like President Obama to use an executive order to legalize medical cannabis in all U.S. Lands, to take cannabis off the Schedule I drug list, and to legalize use of cannabis for medical needs.
I would then like to give President Carter cannabis treatment of 200 mg CBD or THC or both within food. I would like President Carter to prove that medical cannabis is of great value to our society.
