Open carry should be legal in IL because we have the right to bear arms under the 2 amendment. That should be all we have to say but sadly we STILL CANT bear arms in IL. There are so many bad people out there and people need protection. I encourage background checks and thing like that to make sure that the bad people don't get the guns. Hell MACE is not even legal in some states! This should not only be for IL but also for the whole country.
