Every year we spend a lot of money of enforcing drug laws. Many of the laws that are enforced are related to Marijuana. The government could turn a profit on taxing Marijuana as opposed to enforcing laws and regulations, and incarcerating people for minor drug offences. Colorado has made millions of dollars despite that it is less than 2% of the United States population! Why should the government be telling you what not to put inside of your own body when it doesn't even lead to the harm of the people around you!
