Marijuana should be allowed to be used legally. We are spending billions of dollars on the war against drugs. I believe people who do hard core drugs would settle for marijuana if nothing else was available. Save lives in the war against drugs . Loosen up are courts and are Police dept. Reduce the high cost of prescription drugs. I believe the wait is over. Lets give it a try. People who abuse it like anything else will pay the consequence.
