My petition would legalize marijuana use nation wide along with prostitution in controlled areas.
Both can be sin taxed by the Federal Gov't generating annual income for our Gov't that faces a absurd national debt.
Both would create jobs thus lowering the unemployment rate substantially.
Prostitution would continue to be punishable by law on the street and in the public view however there would be legitimate prostitution businesses with brick and mortar locations that would be allowable. Regulations to protect against STDs would include daily check ups by in house physicians.
Marijuana would be legal to buy and use however would remain punishable to grow.
