Legalization of the Helpful Herb of Marijuana.

The petition i am submitting is to change the federal ban on the Herb and as known drug Marijuana. The drug is more helpful than dangerous on every single level. The research has been done on every level and the legal age should be between 18-21, but I'm not asking to revise the laws as it exist but lift the federal ban and let the state governments choose the laws of which they can hold. Taxing of the drug would raise millions and help the american economy %100. States hold the federal law even if the state government doesn't agree with it. Lift the federal law of marijuana and the state governments will follow soon. It will only benefit the country and laws should be set in place but by the STATE governments only.
