Anyone person that is 21 or older can obtain, and use marijuana. With the legalization of marijuana we can make jobs and have one less thIng that makes us "unqualified" for employment. also with this petition we will increase jail space for "real criminals." Alcohol is legal and it has be known to kill people, marijuana has not been proven to kill. As long as you do NOT OPERATE A MOTORIZED VEHICALE Smoking marijuana should be treated like alcohol.
