This petition is to enact a reform to the drug policy of the united states and the DEA, calling for the countrywide legalization of marijuana, to structure a tax system similar to that of cigarettes for sales of marijuana, the immediate release of all incarcerated for the possession or sale thereof as well as expungement from the record any charges from the record of anyone ever convicted for the sale or possession of marijuana. Further, a petition to legalize this and other victimless crimes.
