Legalization of marijuana tax it by 45% and put the tax towards medical, schools, roads, and use it like we did in 1906

Decrimalizing wouldn't be good enough, my reason behind That is not only it would still be a offense it's still looked down at. Legalization would stop illegal growers because they only grow to make money. Now if it was legal they would sell it in a store under some type of age law. The point I'm getting with this is kids wouldn't be able to get they're hands on it compared to buying from a dealer who would sell to anyone. It would create a bunch of jobs. People would buy it even if we taxed by 0-65% put it towards something we need like medical. Put it towards mental Heath which could prevent another cunneticut or movie theater insudent.
