I believe that it would benefit the USA if it was taxed and regulated correctly. I have look though many pros and cons and what i have found is that most of the cons are from fear of what would happen as well as lie to sway people to side against it. Where the pros are based on truth though many studies. I as well found several quotes from doctors and Colleges of Physicians. here is one quote.
