Legalize Abortion in case of Rape Victims, and when the Mother's health is At Risk.

Although our lives begin at conception and abortion will end the life of a fetus, there should be exceptions for the mother.
One exception is in the case of rape. There are numerous times where the rapist doesn't use a condom and the victim is impregnated by the rapist. Rape is a highly traumatizing experience for the victim and the baby will remind her of the trauma.
Another exception is when the mother's health is at high risk. Pregnancy can have complications. Some of these complications could be fatal. The doctors could have no choice but to terminate, unless their state strictly forbids abortion with no exception. The mother wouldn't survive and the baby's fate would be the same.
