Legalize the actions of using off-road recreational automobiles (dirt-bikes, ATV's, UTV', etc.) on snowmobile trails.

Snowmobiles are widely used in the northern part of the U.S. we the people feel that we have the right/privilege to use or ride Off-Road automobiles on these trails during the summer and other seasons. Snowmobiles are as deadly not if more than could be a dirt-bike or ATV. I feel that riders must have a license to run such vehicles in ditches, trails, etc. If thought about, this is also a matter of equality that only snowmobiles have the privilege to ride across towns or down back roads. We the people petition the Obama administration to fix and give the plethora of off-road riders in the U.S. a fair chance to use their automobiles as used by snowmobilers.
