Ever since the War on drugs declaration, sources such as Bloomberg and CNN reported increased incarceration numbers in America. With the current laws on drugs, those who have taken drugs before and have been rehabilitated are being prevent from bettering themselves and making something of themselves. In addition, there exists an real life example of a country who decriminalized all drugs, and now has some of the lowest drug user rates in the world. America is built upon the foundations of freedom, and yet we have more people, who carry potential to be strong buisness people, going behind bars instead of working and improving not just their life's, but the lives of their communities with legalization of drugs.
