Legalize and decriminalize all illegal drugs and tax them the way alcohol is taxed, create ways for people to get accidiction treatment at wellness centers. Compassionate use of drugs would cut crime rates and bring in new revenue streams. Prisons would clear out and people would find new ways to contribute to their communities ,
