The American people have a right to do what they please. Why should the government tell them what and what not to do. Drugs could become a huge source of new revenue for distributers and since the drugs is legal it has to be taxed which brings in money for the government. Now since the drug is legal there will be less curb appeal since some people do drugs just because it is illegal. So let the American people decide what they can do since their body is their's and not the governments!
