We all know that drug usage in America increasing each year. It is also reaching a younger Audience.. Even though our Government tried Prohibition before, we have this current "War on Drugs" which has ultimately failed and has created an entire underground market which criminals are exploiting around the World.. Even if you do not want to legalize all drugs, you have to understand that legal or not, any person will be able to get it off the nearest street corner because you are not out sourcing the criminals methods for profits. If you produce these drugs in such a quantity and give them to patients who say they need them medically, you gain all these profits from them, lower the costs of the drugs so that they come to you and not criminals..
