1) Legalize ALL the drugs
2) Tax all drug SALES (not purchases).
3) Buy all the drugs
4) Store them in Fort Knox
5) Base our currency off drugs
It is perfect. If we ever need to contract the currency to fight inflation, we host a huge party and smoke all the drugs. Also, instead of food stamps we give out weed. We make money off of drug sales and use the money to buy the drugs-thus generating revenue from drug sales.
