There are meny uses for plants and flowers ,such as eating, smoking ,fuels, curing cancers, meds, arts and paints, meny other uses . The war on drugs has costed the US tax payers over 2 trillion $, If you wana grow rare plants ,no one should have the right to put you in prison for it.
