We seek a constitutional amendment ensuring the right of citizens of this great nation to engage in any personal activity so long as that activity does not necessitate the harm of another individual.
This would result in the clear legalization of activities such as growing and consuming marijuana or playing online poker in the privacy of our own homes.
Is the world really a better place with millions imprisoned for possession of marijuana or with US citizens having billions stolen by criminal offshore online poker sites? No its not. These sort of bans don't help society, they hurt it. Its time for change.
