Legalize and decriminalize the use and possession of all drugs.

While most drugs are bad it is time we stop using government resources and tax payer dollars to persecute people for using these harmful drugs. A crack addict does not belong in prison. Its time we start demonizing drug users. If a person commits a crime under the influence of drugs then we can throw them in jail. But no harm no foul
