Legalize the planting of hemp nation-wide and encourage it's production in order to reduce deforestation; production of environmentally positive products; and offer a stipend for farmers willing to produce this crop that can help our economy, our environment, enrich our soils, reduce the destruction of our trees, help to restore balance to our climate, and provide jobs. Stop paying farmers for fallow fields.
