Legalize and Regulate Marijuana.

Marijuana causes less damage than Alcohol and Tobacco, Which cause more physical damage than LSD and inhaling solvents. Alcohol and Tobacco also have higher rates of drug dependence than Barbiturates and Ecstasy. But even though Alcohol and Tobacco have been known to cause cancer and organ failure they still remain legal. While Marijuana which in 18 states is used as medicine, is still unavailable nationally for recreational use. If the legalization of Marijuana became a reality, thousands of new jobs would be created in marijuana dispensaries. In 2010 more people were arrested for marijuana possession than the population of DC and Arlington combined, if marijuana were legal less of these people would be in jail which could save the US millions. I'm 13 and even I know this makes sense!
