Alcohol and Tobacco are not benign drugs yet they are legal. Marijuana cannot kill you, and there are no physical withdraws or dependency, shouldn't that be enough to legalize it? the side effects on prescription pills that you are giving to citizens such as Oxycontin, Xanax, and Ambien are killing people day to day yet they are legal medically, are they not? We the people are asking for Marijuana to be legal and regulated. This is supposed to be a nation for the people and by the people.
