Legalize and regulate marijuana in a manner similar to alcohol

Legalize and regulate marijuana in a manner similar to alcohol based on current, non-biased, thorough scientific studies as well as studies on demographics of cannabis users. Scientific studies should include, but not be limited to, long term effects on health(including but not limited to: interactions with diseases such as cancer, HIV/AIDS etc), well being, mental and physical effects of combustion, vaporization and oral consumption individually. Demographic studies should include, but not be limited to, location, age, occupation, surrounding crime issues not pertaining to the already illegal status of marijuana(ie. including but not limited to: murder, rape, arson, assult, theft etc.) Voices of the people, cannabis throughout history, and histroy of past prohibitions should be considered
