Legalize and Regulate Marijuana for recreation in Texas as well as nationally in order to pump money into the economy!

I would like serious consideration given to the legalization and regulation of marijauna to be treated just like alcohol, for recreational use. This would open up new industy and jobs in Texas. You could use the money to help fix gaps in heathcare. Use money for schools, parks, city employee and teachers raises... The benefits far outweigh any negative issues. I think we should be open to this. People want the option to be responsible in be able to consume marijauna in the privacy of their own home as well as a safe place to purchase it, or grow it.
