With a current $6 billion enterprise in the Unites States in its current illegal form (in regards to the 2006 UIGEA), yet with other games of luck such as lottery creating a $16 billion annual revenue to the states, we hereby petition that internet gaming be legalized and regulated by current gaming standards and wire transfer protocols.
US Citizens will be able to exercise their right to gamble and legally fund gambling accounts as they would in gaming centers around the US while the USG would be able to earn revenue from taxing online gaming companies and better direct the justice system towards non-sanctioned illegal activities such as money laundering which is currently intertwined with illegal gaming activity in order to misdirect the USG for tax evasion and other criminal purposes.
