On April 15 2011, a day the poker community dubbed "Black Friday." The DOJ and FBI essentially seized the domains of three of the major online poker sites. This move has undoubtedly affected millions of players around the world and like the fall of 1929, many players have seen their careers and bank accounts go down with it.
Poker is a respectable sport that takes years of hard work and training to master. For some its their livelihood, for others its fun and entertainment. And although there's a lot of issues surrounding the legality of it, I believe this administration can get it done.
Legalizing Online Poker, and regulating the sites is in the best interest of the American people. Poker players are honest people who deserve both the attention and protection of the government.
