We, The People Of the USA hereby petition the US Government and all of it's bodies to legalize, tax, and regulate fairly, the sale of hemp and marijuana. To allow cultivation of this produce on a small, individual and large, industrial scale and allow the sale of all products that come from this produce. Including, but not limited to, paper, oil, pharmaceuticals, cordage, biodegradable plastics, etc... In order to compete with the growing world economy of this God Given plant and to help stabilize the economy of our great nation.
