marijuana/hemp is a relative harmless social drug. too many men and women are incarcerated annually due to marijuana charges nationwide. legalizing and taxing marijuana for recreational use will increase revenues and decrease the strain on a prison system that is already bursting at the seems with incarcerated men and women
