The DEA has arrested and killed many pot smokers since the drug war started in 1971 and epically failing, which it caused these non-violent users turning them into social misfits, by economically depriving them of opportunities to better themselves, this so-called "tough on crime" has got to go! Remember prohibition of alcohol? It created more criminals than they stopped.
