Prohibition of cannabis has done more harm than good. Thousands of citizens every year are arrested for using a natural plant proven by scientists and known by the U.S. Government to be useful medicine with no deaths and few side effects.
The purpose of this petition is to ask the Obama administration to legalize cannabis for medicine, industrial hemp, religious and spiritual use, and recreational use, and for any other purpose known or discovered, in all 50 states, and allow farmers and citizens to grow and sell it.
