We the people request Hemp and Cannabis, products and byproducts, and the moneys earned in farming and conducting registered tax paying Cannabis or Hemp business be forthwith proclaimed legal with no adult controls or restrictions for personal and recreational use.
We request that THE MARIHUANA TAX ACT OF 1937 be repealed in full, including the removal of all intent of THE MARIHUANA TAX ACT OF 1937 (and any revision or reference to Cannabis or Hemp, based on THE MARIHUANA TAX ACT OF 1937) From the Controlled Substances Act.
Impose a standard profit tax on all profits of conducting business. State and local governments can impose taxes not to exceed similar taxes such as alcohol and tobacco or pharmaceuticals. Make it legal to conduct research with Hemp And Cannabis.
