Legalize Cannabis with appropriate and limited controls for all adults over the age of 18, on a federal level.

The federal government has long classified marijuana as a schedule 1 narcotic, and this needs to change. It is unjust and backed by false studies and myth. Every year, billions of dollars are spent fighting a war on drugs that only hurts the American people, and has proved a failure. Countless Americans are taken away from their families for supposedly committing crimes that affect no one or their property. We must legalize marijuana now. It is the right thing to do, and we peacefully petition this administration to enact the necessary and proper change for the sake of justice for all Americans.
