We have a catch 22 law. In states where marijuana is legal,it is considered federally illegal in these same states. This does not make good business sense shutting down despenseries and businesses in states that legalized cannabis. States and the federal government should legalize cannabis on the same level. If a state legalized cannabis the federal government should respect that decision,but both the state and federal government should obey the rules, laws and regulations involving cannabis. Lets have 1 law instead of 2 laws. One law says it"s legal and the other says it"s illegal
