We have a catch 22 law. In states where cannabis is legal,it is considered federally illegal in these same states. Why shut down dispenseries and businesses in states that legalized cannabis and obeyed the law? States and the federal government should legalize cannabis on the same level. If a state legalized cannabis the federal government should respect that decision,but both the state and federal government should obey the rules, laws and regulations involving cannabis. Lets have 1 law instead of 2 laws. One law says it"s legal and the other says it"s illegal. We need too respect the decisions that "we the people" have made!
