Peacefully grant U.S citizens (21+) the right to cannabis. This includes removing it from the list of scheduled drugs and allow U.S citizens to grow, sell, and distribute cannabis as they see fit.
This has the potential to lower prices on cannabis and without the power house of inflated prices on a illegal market, drug cartels will not have the money to continue and the violence in Mexico could potentially end.
