It is time! We the people of the United States of America have for some time now voiced our opinion that Cannabis should be legalized. Studies and polls featured heavily across the nation have shown what the people of this country want! Prohibition on cannabis has been an utter failure and the money spent on the prohibition of cannabis could be used elsewhere. Such as in the education system! Money will be saved on the state level and on the federal level if cannabis is regulated by the FDA. The successful implementation of cannabis regulation in Colorado serves as proof. It is an absolute injustice that cannabis users be treated differently that tobacco and alcohol users! Cannabis has been proven to be less destructive than tobacco and alcohol! It is time for change.
