This petition would make all use of Cannabis, Marijuana, and all derivatives of this plant legal for personal use, and remove Marijuana from the list of schedule 1 drugs. It would enable Medical research on cannabis and allow persons to cultivate, use, and smoke cannabis without fear of criminal prosecution from state or federal law enforcement. It would make Cannabis exempt from laws governing it's cultivation, distribution, and use. Taxation on Cannabis would be determined by states government, and the federal government would have no power to prosecute persons for possession of cannabis, cannabis seeds or any manufactured product made from cannabis. This includes Hashish, oils, butters, and all other plant derivatives. It would allow persons to smoke Marijuana with no legal prosecution
