Legalize Cannabis use for Adults and end the failing War on Drugs and focus on rehabilitation and not incarceration.

The Drug War has cost the public billions of dollars that could be used for education or healthcare instead of fighting an openly unending war. In the midst of our economic crisis the public cannot afford the 21 billion dollar a year War on Drugs is draining much needed money from our economy and the officials behind it have proven to be corrupt. The majority of drug related incarcerations are for simple possession which removes productive members of society places them among murderers and gangs and creates more criminals.
