We, the American people, demand that the strain of Marijuana, named Charlotte's Web, be legalized in South Carolina for medical use. There is no legal access to medical marijuana in South Carolina. Patients with Epilepsy and other illnesses, deserve the right to access medical marijuana from physicians.Approximately 2.3 million Americans are currently living with the neurological disorder epilepsy, that involves recurring seizures. Over 1 million of these epileptic individuals have no choice but to live with uncontrollable seizures. Those who live with these uncontrolled seizures, live with the daily, constant risk of getting injured or losing their lives. Charlotte's Web is a potential life-saving treatment and nothing should block a patient's right to gain access to this treatment.
