Given the NRA's claim that more firepower is the answer to America's gun violence problem, it is a logical, if not practical, imperative that we propose a petition to legalize the civilian use of automatic weapons and shoulder-launched guided missiles. Any restriction on the availability of firepower, of any kind, is an abridgment of the rights conferred by the 2nd Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America.
