Our RIGHTS are not open to interpretation and the job of the elected REPRESENTATIVES to safe guard them.
Deciding a RIGHT in the BILL OF RIGHTS is inconvenient, an obstacle for law enforcement or a gimmick to gain the vote of some block of special voters is not the intended intent of the Constitution.
Bring our RIGHTS back to where they were. The opinions of uninformed citizens doesn't matter. We have a Constitutional republic and our RIGHTS are handed down by a higher power than elected representatives or appointed bureaucrats.
